Welcome to All Open

Why All Open is refreshing and what you can expect — a short introduction.

All Open has been active as an independent IT company since 2002. Our background is mostly in Oracle: PL/SQL, APEX, data warehousing with Oracle Warehouse Builder and later ODI. Alongside that, Python and Java projects, always with an agile working method built on short iterations and close collaboration with clients. Twenty years of building, designing and shipping together — and now the nature of that work is slowly changing.

In the last few years our work has been moving further toward AI. Not as a buzzword, but as a concrete part of systems that connect data, integrations and user interfaces. With All Open we’re making that direction visible.

What’s changing?

Not much, really. All Open keeps building systems that work. What’s changing is which tools belong to that work:

  • LLM applications that aren’t just demo-worthy but tested, monitored, and cost-efficient in production.
  • Agents that take on concrete tasks inside existing workflows — not as replacements, but as amplifiers.
  • Local AI (think Ollama) for scenarios where privacy or latency matter.
  • Architecture that lets LLMs fit somewhere in a system without making the rest of the system unreadable.

What can you expect here?

Short pieces from the field. No thousand-word tutorials, but notes on choices we make in client work, things that went wrong, and patterns that do or don’t hold up.

No “AI guru” voice. Just an engineering practice applying new tools in real systems and writing about it as honestly as possible.

See you soon.
